Jeannetta Design Associates, Inc. worked closely with Dr. Parker, President, and Kathy Skates, Vice President Administrative Services, and their staff to design furniture layouts, specify furniture and select custom fabrics and project manage the new furniture installation for the project.
About The Logistics Education Center
The Logistics Education Center features a first class Student Center with lounging areas for WiFi use and viewing several Plasma TVs, and offers banquets and high and low dining tables for lunch and breaks. Computer workstations and tables along with student task chairs, lecterns and monitors outfit the classrooms. A state-of-the-art Auditorium has a seating capacity close to 100, using flexible seating on castors and offers many technology capabilities. The new Library/Media Center has ample space and supports high quality instruction. An executive style Board Room gives an up-dated meeting place for the Directors, with a customized board room table and executive seating for the Foundation and many other functions. Lastly, this Logistics Education Center gives the Culinary Institute of Southwest Georgia the space needed for its growth to potentially be the best in the region. There classrooms easily accommodate computer learning and can be converted to traditional desks by pushing monitors into table.
