  • Athens Technical College Library Renovation – Athens, GA

The Athens Tech President and her staff had a vision and some very specific ideas on how they wanted the Library renovation to look. Jeannetta listened, asked a lot of questions, and presented a fun, colorful, modern, and very functional design. First, Jeannetta made suggestions for the the carpet colors and styles, she then helped make the space fun by using very colorful durable fabrics and vinyl. Incorporating dual colors on the furniture elements, (one color for seat another on back) that helped make the space come alive. Jeannetta also recommended using power and USB modules in the furniture to give the students anywhere power access. One thing we have learned is that students need a way to keep their electronic devices powered up. The school went one step further and allowed us to help select and purchase artwork for the Library renovation. This really brought all the furniture elements together in the space.
